very friendly staff and fast service. waiters speak portuguese, french and english. we got bread and olives before the meal. i had half of the two vegan meals - the vegetarian lentil dish which was rice, cabbage and lentils with carrots and spices, and the vegetarian penne pasta. both were also vegan. they understood veganism and assured us that there were no animal ingredients used. the meals were simple but very tasty. i preferred the pasta. really tasty sauce and well prepared vegetables. the restaurant seemed populair. the food was not expensive.
