Read moreNeben einer rein veganen Seite auf der Speisekarte gibt es noch verschiedene Gemüe- und Nudelgerichte mit Seitan- oder Tofu-Toppings nach Wahl.
Leider gibt es keine Mittagskarte, die meist Gerichte kosten zwischen 10 und 15 €, dafür sind die Portionen großzügig bemessen.
Es war sehr lecker, aber ziemlich salzig, daher nur 3 *.

Das Restaurant bietet viele vegane Gerichte an. Man muss nicht extra fragen und bitten das vegetarische Gericht zu veganisieren. Von Tofu bis Seitan-Ente und Hähnchen alles vorhanden. Auch vegan-Sushi auf der Karte.

Nynamy serves meat but also offers some vegan options with specials like vegan „duck“ and vegan „chicken“. It is made out of seitan and tastes really good. It is the first restaurant in Ingolstadt offering a meat alternative. You can also get vegan sushi here.

Schmeckt und sieht aus wie "echt" - Edit
Ich habe die vegane Ente probiert (Seitan) und musste ein paar mal hingucken. Das Gericht sah optisch Top aus und hat große Erwartungen geweckt. Wir waren uns am Tisch einig, dass kaum jemand dem orginal Gericht so nah gekommen ist. Sehr gut!

Finally vegan saitan meat! - Edit
This vietnamese restaurant has a lovely decoration and a great ambiance. The staff is very friendly and therefore the service as well.
Read moreAnd I tell you guys, the saitan meat (duck and chicken) is so delicious and crunchy. Love it. You can chose from a declared vegan menu card, but also from other vegan dishes which are clearly declared as vegan or in vietnamese 'chay'.
I ate the vegan duck in peanutsauce (No. 33) and its was sooo good!
The only thing I was missing as an appetizer is vegan Banh Bao.
Besides of that, I totally recommend this restaurant!
