In questo locale ci siamo sentiti coccolati insieme al nostro cane, anche lui super benvenuto. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito era veramente accogliente e premuroso. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo mangiato erano spettacolari. Non da meno il gelato finale. Ci siamo leccati i baffi.

we loved it here. the drinks and food were amazing and the staff really friendly. the place looks super cute as well. we even ordered an additional dish to take it home for dinner as well as desserts for the afternoon. 100% recommend this place.

During our journey across Corsica, finding vegan options was a challenge until we discovered Nymphea, a true vegan gem. The cafe's cool style and welcoming atmosphere instantly charmed us. What stood out was the owner's passion and the love infused into his dishes. The menu, all vegan, offering warm food until 3 pm. After that, they serve only cakes and drinks, which are equally good. Meeting the owner, who was incredibly nice and enthusiastic about his creations, added a personal touch that set Nymphea apart. We highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Corsica, vegan or not, for a unique experience that supports a local business dedicated to quality and care.

Agosto 2023 - Nasce come bakary ormai cinque anni fa ed è stata la nostra oasi in queste vacanze dove trovate locali che offrissero pasti/opzionò vegetali era più che un miraggio. Il locale è super grazioso e accogliente, nulla di caotico ma anzi, super rilassante; il personale è super attento e molto gentile. Siamo riusciti praticamente ad assaggiare tutto il menù e ogni singolo piatto merita, che fosse il sandwich o la pasta fredda.

Amazing place. Lovely decoration. Super friendly staff. Delicious food. We tried the "bacon" and onion cakes, they were delicious. And the wraps main dish was also really tasty. Highly recommend.

Delicious food and a whole menu of options from appetizers to entrées, desserts, drinks with out without alcohol. The times in the happy cow website are wrong but the time on Google is correct. Once you find parking, the restaurant is walking distance. Pink is the vibe. Each aspect of our meal was so good and the staff was so nice!

Looks like the Nymphea moved this year. They are now located in the center of the town. They are now focused on lunch, coffee and cake. They also sell a few vegan sweets like vegan M&Ms. Lunch and cake was superb!

In best case you can find a restaurant, that offers a vegan bowl or is willing to veganize it.
Nymphea is not only the only all vegan spot at the east coast, but definitely outstanding.
The location is beautiful with a nice green yard and the restaurant itself is super-lovely furnished.
Staff very friendly and helpful in explaining the French menu and giving recommendations.
The food was the best we had in our vacation on the island, for my omni-husband, too.
The menu offers hearty, but fresh dishes like lush toast with vegan homemade steak and French potato salad as a side, Mac n cheese, cold Pad Thai styled dish.
Everything was very tasteful and reasonably priced (14-16€ for main) compared to the prices on the island (usually for a bowl you pay in average around 16-17€, for a burger with fries around 19€).
Would love to see more veggie-rich dishes though😄

The only vegan Café/Restaurant in Corsica. The food and drinks were delicious, fresh, organic and self-made. We tried everything from the menu. The cookies and cake were delicious, too. Both owner were awesome, very friendly, know English and considered my allergy. You should definitely go there!

We came here for lunch and had a great experience. They have a nice choice of vegan lunches and varying desserts and drinks. Everything was tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced. If you are around this area, I highly recommend visiting this place!

100% vegan, main courses always changing, two new Desserts every day (omg the cakes are delicios!).
The whole area, inside and outside, is spreading love and peace, everything was made with love and it seemed more than a visit in a friends backyard, because the outside area is that big and you have a lot of space between the tables.
Super service (owner), highest Quality of products, regional,selfmade cheese alternatives, Gluten-free options availabel.
Dog-friendly
Must have Visit, also if you have to Drive some time for it!
Tipp: be on time if you want to choose from all options, it could be that some (selfmade) Drinks and dishes would be Sold out.

Das mit Abstand schönste und authentische Restaurant welches wir 2022 in Korsika besuchen durften.
Komplett vegan, ständig wechselnde Gerichte. Jeden Tag zwei neue Desserts (Ihre Kuchen dort - ein Traum !) Liebe im Detail (beim Essen wie beim Interieur). Der Außenbereich ist riesig und wunderschön gestaltet, es gibt sehr viel Platz zwischen den Tischen und man fühlt sich gar nicht als ob man in einem Restaurant wäre, eher bei Freunden privat zuhause im Garten.
Super Service (vom Inhaber), qualitativ sehr hochwertige, regionale Produkte, selbst gemachte Käsealternativen. Glutenfreie Optionen wählbar.
Hunde-freundlich
Unbedingte Empfehlung vorbei zu gehen, egal wo man gerade auf der Insel seinen Urlaub verbringt - die Reise ist es wert.
Tipp: rechtzeitig da sein wenn man die volle Auswahl möchte, es kann sein das sonst einige (selbstgemachte) Getränke und Speisen nicht mehr verfügbar sind.

The menu offers a good variety of mains and desserts, with a lot of coffee beverages. I had a club sandwich with "goat" cheese and pears, which tasted amazing! Their cakes are also really good.
