Great vegan raw food! - Edit
Wonderful food, very fresh, vegan, organic, raw! The only thing is that their salad dressings are rather too sweet.
Pros: vegan, excellent food, friendly staff

As an gluten free organic vegan who does not take canola oil, I can eat anything on the menu.

Great food and juices! - Edit
In addition to the great selection of juices, they also have collard wraps and bowls.
The Mavericks wrap is very healthy and filling and the Pat Tai bowl is great.
Pros: Great atmosphere, Vegan and organic
Cons: Prices are high

It Rocks - Edit
I was excited to try this place on a recent visit to Ashland and was not let down. If I lived here, I'd be frequenting this place occasionally - the prices are high - but the fare is amazing. The ingredients and selections are mouth-watering, and you feel yourself becoming healthier with every spoonful. I only wish there were a comparable "NE Raw" where I live.
Pros: Creative combinations, wholesome ingredients, all vegan and raw
Cons: price is high (though maybe unavoidable)

delicious quality food - Edit
The only 100% Raw Vegan Cafe in Ashland, Oregon (that I'm aware of). I was impressed with the high vibration of the food, delicious flavors, great ambiance, and nice staff. I give this place 5 stars. Highly recommended to anyone that is interested in high quality organic nutrient dense food.

I wanted to make sure that you know we have expanded our menu and do offer some cooked foods as well as raw meals. We are currently underway of adding a leaf icon by the 100% raw food items on the menu, but for now our educated staff can steer you in the right direction!
As always, we are 100% vegan! & definitely don't plan on changing!

Delicious Treat - Edit
While not in my standard price range for a meal or drink, I have enjoyed this place as a special treat or place to meet clients.
Pros: Fresh & Mostly Organic, Delicious, All-Vegan (except some local honey)
Cons: I find all-raw too limiting, Some items are very pricey

I wanted to stop by and let you know that while we do offer some raw food meal options, we also offer some cooked foods for those looking for it! Like our seasonal Yellowstone Coconut Curry served over a bed of rainbow quinoa & topped with fresh veggies + our El Capitan Waffle that is made from sprouted brown rice flour & protein (ask anytime to see our ingredient list of menu items, if you're interested!) and topped with seasonal berries with melted coconut butter & real maple syrup served on the side.
We worked hard to keep our prices down to help make healthful food more easily accessible and to offer a wide range of products/prices for people from all walks of life to find the fuel they need.

100% Vegan (except for some bee products which only come out when asked for)
100% Gluten-Free
100% Soy-Free

BEST VEGAN PLACE IN TOWN! - Edit
We are SO lucky to have NW Raw! All vegan and primarily organic. I wish they offered more food, but what they do offer is amazing. The atmosphere is gorgeous too!

We now offer a wide range of made in-house fare & libations with a special food and drink selection that changes with the seasons, so that we can fuel our bodies with what it needs! As always, our menu is 100% Organic, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Soy-Free.
