I had lunch here with my husband. While they were out of some items, they did have some delicious sides. The mac and cheese and collard greens were amazing! We will definitely be back!

I've given NuVegan a couple chances, especially since I'm vegan and a good friend lives really close. I've gotten large group meals and eaten in a few times and have always been disappointed. The food has a weirdly over sweet over overbuttery flavor especially the barbecue sauces, and every time I've ordered they have been out of something I tried to order. Maybe their flavor is a Baltimore soul food trend I just don't like as much- I've noticed the same over sweet, over salty flavor profile at Dodahs too, but haven't gotten this at vegan soul food places I've been to in Florida and Georgia.

Had an excellent lunch today - crispy chick’n drummies, creamy potato salad, and garlic kale. Past orders that have been equally good: crab cakes, ginger collards, red Curry tofu, red some kale and Mac and cheese. Looking forward to trying the fried fish, curried yuba, etc.

Went there since my wife wanted me to try it so bad. Got there and looked at the menu. Ready to place and order in the midst of doing so was told they have no entree, how ever thr menu says otherwise. Made no sense. So I ordered the crab cake, it comes out and im asked what side do you want for the entree. What the what? Are you kidding me? Now you are asking what sides I want after you just told me you don't have entrees. Everything is by itself. I was so confused. I got the lasagna and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. One of my party who loves salt tried it and she couldn't eat it either. It was not very pleasant ordering there. But we were heading back home and didn't have anywhere else to eat since we had already driven 20 mins out our way to go there before getting on the road. This experience is definitely why I don't like going out to eat. Got the red velvet cake and it is dry as all hell. Inedible. I was so hurt because I wasted my money thinking it was going to be good. On top of all that the guy in the front was soooo rude. Will not be going back.

Everything was delicious. My sandwich was made fresh. Some of the food is already cooked. This was my first time trying a vegan fish fillet that wasn’t Gardein. I also loved the kale salad.

I was in town visiting friends for a week (moved away a few years ago after 15 years in Bmore) and ate here twice. Both times were amazing. I'll give the caveat i didn't order anything with cheese in it because i'm a bad vegan and don't care for vegan cheese. My non-vegan partner got the mac and cheese and said it was ok (she LOVED the collards). Otherwise everything else we was phenomenal. They have vegan red velvet cake. Need i say more?

So let me start by saying, I came here for the ribs. I love it. I stopped in to grab food for the week, well to my surprise, the items I wanted were out. They didn't have items for the chicken quesadilla, no items for fresh juice, the lettuce they put on my crab cake was wilted and red. And they didn't offer brunch. I looked up and said, but you have a whole menu up for brunch. I was truly looking forward to it. All in all, though disappointment set in, what I was able to get was delicious.

Solid trio of food - Edit
The wings were incredible. I wish they came pre-sauced, but having them without sauce showed the quality bare bones. The wings in combo with the Mac n cheese and collard greens was fantastic. The Mac reminded me of ricotta when I took bites it was the perfect combo of medium dry, but still rich.
