A coffee shop with a lot of vegan options.

They sell coffe with a lot types of vegan milk, like coconout milk.
They also sell smoothies and vegan protein

Cons: A little expensive.

Amazing food and market options

I was very impressed by Nuve; the menu is extensive with tons of vegan options and allows for customization. I built my own bowl with buffalo cauliflower and had a banana/almond milkshake that was to die for. I feel that I can go back and order something different every time which is impressive for a vegan in Nicaragua. I agree that the prices are very high. Worth it for visiting veg people looking for high quality veg food, friendly service, and small shop with lots of familiar health-focused and vegan brands.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Friendly service, Beautiful space

Cons: Very pricey

No Go

I had an appointment at the hospital next door and stopped in. The soup was cold and one person working seemed to be pre-occupied with her phone. And prices for the grocery items was very high. Much better options at the 24/7 supermart next door. Or try Harvest which is the best real healthy option.

Way Too Expensive

Restaurant was cozy but way too expensive. Very expensive for a poor country like Nicaragua. Vegan options were limited. Staff did not seem to be very interested in talking with the guests like us from America. It is unfortunate because Managua needs more vegan and healthy fare options.

Pros: Parking was easy , Safe

Cons: Prices were way too high, Service was poor, Location was hidden on a small street

Very good and one of the few options in Managua

Managua is a desert for vegan food; fortunately Nuve is one place where you can be certain you are getting vegan and organic options. Nuve seems modeled after US-style market/take-away hybrids joints. They also have a full coffee bar. We are big fans of their custom bowls. The price is higher than other joints in Managua, but the serving size is hefty. The staff is super friendly. It's in a great location headed south on Carretera Masaya,

Pros: Vegan options, Great locations

Cons: Imported items are expensive
