Happy that this place has vegan options! I tried peanut butter with raspberry and fig. Both were good, but the peanut butter with raspberry was my favorite, really creamy and full of flavor! By the way, cones are also vegan :).

When I went there were 4 different vegan flavours on offer: lemon, coconut, fig, and a peanut butter and raspberry one. The cone is also vegan according to staff.
Read moreI tried the fig and coconut flavours, both were super delicious and the coconut one especially was really creamy. Very friendly staff as well and prices are very reasonable.
They also offer some baked items such as cookies and brownies, only one of which was vegan unfortunately. Haven't tried it.

Super-friendly staff, unique flavours (fig, guave) and a small, but comfortable outdoor seating in the afternoon sun. Unfortunately, they did not have any 'creamy' flavours - except for chocolate - when I visited. It's a bit expensive, but with a small cone you can still choose multiple flavours.

If you’re in Ericeira, there’s no point of leaving this place undiscovered. Try it and love it!
Next to the quality of there food and the nice people, they also have the asset of being located on a one minute walking distance from an extraordinary viewpoint over the ocean: lovely to combine icecream and sunset :)

Nutwood has quite a few vegan options that are clearly labelled and the cones, according to the staff, are also vegan, which isn't always the case in Portugal.
Read moreIt's a shame the vegan options are only the fruit ones because they had some interesting cookie and chocolate flavours in their assortment.
I had the pineapple and the passion fruit flavours and although they weren't the best vegan ice cream I've ever had, they didn't disappoint either and I'd probably go back there to try their other flavours.
I would prefer for the ice cream to be less sweet but that might be more a matter of personal preference.
Considering this is a touristy location (at least during the summer holidays), the price was decent for the amount of ice cream you get.
