Good stew - Edit
I went to Nutrisabor one night and was glad that one of the daily dishes was vegan. It was a quinoa stew with veggies. It was nutritious and very tasty.
Unfortunately, none of the desserts were vegan, but since they do sell some chocolate and carob bars that are vegan, I bought some to satisfy my sweet tooth.
As far as I know, it is the most vegan-friendly spot in Tomar.
Pros: Affordable, Courteous staff
Cons: Not enough vegan options
