A great experience to end a start a great Sunday - Edit
After being told about Nurcha, I must admit that I was pretty excited about the food and attached shop to this cafe. After eating there, I completely understand why this place has been talked about so highly and has such great reviews. The staff were pretty nice, the food was amazing (and very filling) and the setting was great. Definitely going back!

Sunshine Coast can be a little bit depressing, rows of holiday towers, endless burgers, pizza, kabob and taco shops alongside other animal abuse opportunists preying on tourists who've come for the beach which they unwittingly, or maybe even willfully are actively paying to have destroyed by animal agriculture activity.
Read moreBut then there it was. Nurcha! A full-on grocery and vegan super-market. The largest I have visited anywhere in the world. I found the cafe off to the right-hand side upon entry. So, I approached and asked at the counter if they were 100% vegan... no dairy for coffee (having been burned no less than four times in a fortnight) and the answer was in fact, yes! As a follow-up asked if they owners were vegan, again to my delight, yes! Then the counter-staff attendant volunteered, "We're all vegans!" Hot Tofu! The vegan jackpot! Take all my money, you beauties!
I thanked them for being vegan and ordered the Chick'n Cesar Salad, which was unfortunately already sold out at three in the afternoon. For only $15AUD I'm not surprised why. In its stead, I ordered the Nachos, it was huge! So fresh, and so much chilled veg and toppings that I could only describe it as a Guaca-Mountain! It was delicious and easily digestible and powered the rest of my day, made beautiful and joyous. Seeking sunshine in the Sunshine Coast? Try the light shining from within Nurcha!

This is my all time favourite vegan spot. They have wholefoods for sale, they also have things like Boody underwear, incense, singing bowls, books, artwork, candles, face body and teeth products. The food is amazing and the staff and super friendly and helpful. Beware, you could walk in and spend a good few hours here!

Had the toasted croissant, and mango and passionfruit smoothie. Well priced. Coffee was great 👏. Super yummy and love the little store with it, was able to get black salt and have been searching forever. Staff were super nice and helpful too.

I had the cheeseburger which was the best I’ve ever had!!! My omni partner loved his vegan croissant too, we will definitely be back! I bought lots of little special bits and pieces in the shop too, including a beautiful crystal. The take away biscoff cheesecake was incredible!!! A MUST VISIT! It will not disappoint!!!!

Read moreGreat all vegan menu with some gf options. They have a selection of meals from salads and smoothies to burgers and nachos.
Cake and coffee, a great selection of groceries in the shop and a variety of homwares. Cleaning and beauty products available too.
There's indoor and outdoor seating. You can have dogs in the outdoor dining area, complete with dog bowls and a tap to refill them if need be.
They have live music and different events from time to time and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
They have a bathroom in store too and somewhere to refill water jerrys etc with spring water (pay by L) and on tap kombucha.
Highly recommend!

My fiance and I love Nurcha! It has become a place for comfort food for us. The dishes are so wholesome and the baked goods are to die for- our favourite is the chocolate beetroot cake. Even better, the shop has such a good selection of vegan snacks and grocery.

This is your one stop shop for all that is vegan. Wish I had found it earlier. The staff are super friendly and helpful and I was able to buy those elusive vegan products like liquid smoke you can’t get elsewhere.

It was packed too! air-conditioned Inside but also has outdoor seating.

This Cafe offers delicious vegan food with lots of GF options. The staff are absolutely delightful and I love that I can purchase take aways. Being part of a health food / natural therapies / gift shop is a bonus. Love everything about Nurcha!!
