A lovely restaurant. Came with a couple of friends for the valentine's menu which was delicious, especially the dessert! My only complaint was that the main course (pasta) was not a bit enough portion for me. The food was delicious though. Would recommend coming here on a date!! You can easily book a table through Whatsapp. They have a garden area too which is lovely - when I booked they asked whether we wanted to sit inside or out. Very reasonably priced too - three courses for 240 pesos!

El lugar está muy chic y tiene linda decoración. En la parte de atrás hay un bonito jardín. El menú es extenso. Pedí la sopa spicy rice y unos kushiages. Nada especial, y me pareció algo caro para lo que era. Me habían recomendado el lugar y esperaba una experiencia más gourmet. La atención es buena.

The food is absolutely delicious! I loved everything I have tried from this place and have been on more than one occasion. It is on the fancy side compared to other options in the city. The food although very much worth it, is expensive when on a budget. The service was excellent.

Great cinnamon rolls - Edit
Stopped here for dinner which was good, but the fresh cinnamon rolls and the lovely owner is why this place gets a five star. Dano seems like a man who not only cares about animals but the health of Mexicans. He told us many great things about his future plans to try to educate the community about eating healthier. The staff was also very friendly😄

We had dinner here and would have gone back but it was a ways from centro. We highly recommend the spinach salad and coco horchata, they were delicious. We also enjoyed the buffalo cauliflower “wings”, pozole and asada tacos.

Extensive plant based menu! - Edit
Had lunch at Nümen and ordered guacamole followed by the 12 tacos to share. Should have been adventuress and ordered something else besides guac, even though it was tasty - there was a few interesting appetizers that sounded good. The tacos were very nice but the seitan is very meaty in flavor! Being vegan but not having much seitan before, it was an interesting and surprising flavor. If you don’t like the taste of meat at all, then I would advise against getting them. I was able to push past the perception of eating meat and quite enjoyed the flavour. The tempura avocado and tempura mushroom were also nice but I felt they were missing a salt element to help balance them out. The habanero sauce on the side was delicious. Staff were very friendly as well and the place is clean with a modern fitout. Overall, nice presentation and experience and would go back to try other options on the menu.

This place has the most varied menu, from Buddha bowls, to pizza, pasta, hamburgers and tacos. It was very difficult to make a choice, but we tried the aguachile de champiñón, tofu Buddha bowl and castacan tacos. Everything was excellent! Including service ! I would definitely come back

We went to Nümen a few days ago and we totally enjoyed it! After being already for more than a month in Merida we wanted to go for lunch to a only vegan restaurant and not have to worry to ask about removing cheese, cream, egg, etc. and we were very happy after our meal, we had the cheese fingers, salami pizza, buffalo burger and a Luvegan raw cake and you get as courtesy of the house

Location: if you live in Merida it's no problem to find but if you are a tourist you would also find the place easily with a taxi or uber but there is nothing else to do it that part of the city.
The place: nicely done with a modern touch, you can see that they put love into having a kind of chic/casual place, music is very pleasent.
Staff: very friendly! took great care of us!
Price: fair for mexican prices. I would say great deal for Austrian prices.
The cheese fingers were fantastic! super creamy in the inside and crispy on the outside, comes with a small salad and a buffalo creamy sauce, it's perfect for 2 to share or if you just want a small snack for yourself. We would actually improve the dip sauce or give other options, it's a little bit boring compared to the delicious cheese fingers.
The salami pizza was also delicious! nice selfmade tomato sauce, with roasted bell peppers, onion, salami and plenty of creamy cheese, also good to share or perfect if you have a big appetite. The only thing that we found could be improved was the dough, it's a bit too dry.
The buffalo burger was our least favorite, I (Sofia) am not so much into buffalo sauce, I find it too acid and dominates a lot, but Philipp was curious for it and then he agreed with me. It's too much buffalo sauce flavor which makes then the patty soggy and you can't taste at all the white beans which is made of. And the bun it's also dry. We liked the idea of the sweetness with the pineapple but could need a little more to contrast the buffalo sauce. Would be even nicer if the buffalo sauce would come separated so that the patty would stay crispy, and it comes with a small salad.
For dessert we had a Luvegan raw chocolate cake which was divine, perfect to share if you don't have so much space left but you still want a little sweet, it's perfect if you don't like extremely sweet desserts.
We will definetly visit Nümen again and we look forward to try more delicious things in their menu!

Best carnitas/castacan tacos ever! - Edit
Absolutely the best tacos de carnitas (or castacan as they seem to call this dish in Yucatán) that I've had in my life! Other dishes were very good too as well as the service. A bit pricey for being Mérida but totally worth it.
