Basic

Been here a couple of times. There is not a lot of options and the food is basic and bland.

Mid Week light lunch

Had a light lunch of a mix of their starters with partner. Several options listed as Vegan alternative available in them. What we had was nice, staff were very friendly with good service.

Expensive mediocre

Clearly based on the nearby and highly successful ‘four London road’ the refurbishment of the old wellington pub looks smart and is preferable to the demolition that was proposed. Staff declined my request for the separate vegan menu pointing out that the vegan options are marked on the main menu. Then brought me some butter to go with my bread which did little for my faith in their understanding. Food was good but is expensive compared to the more established competition located nearby in Horndean. This was recently opened when I tried eating there so may give it another chance later on.

Pros: Nice venue and food, Better than another block of flats on the site

Cons: Expensive , View of waterlooville whilst eating!
