Excellent Guesthouse - Edit
Ian is a perfect host who is welcoming and puts his guests' needs first.
Lovely rooms with books and magazines and lots of choice at breakfast.
A pleasant dining room/lounge for visitors.
Grange Road is a quiet road just a short walk from the 25 bus which runs until late.
I would highly recommend this guesthouse.
Pros: Ian, Plenty of choice for breakfast, Nice rooms

Norwich's only veg B&B is a lovely place to stay! - Edit
My husband and I recently enjoyed a night of Ian's hospitality in the en suite room and had a lovely time. After a healthy walk into the city, we found our room a pleasant, clean, and quiet retreat. We awoke to a fresh cooked healthy breakfast. If we get another childless, pet-less night in Norfolk, we would certainly return!!
Pros: All vegetarian, Vegan and other diets catered for, quiet, clean, and comfortable
Cons: on road parking
