this is a tiny kitchen, from which you order through a window in a lovely souvenir shop next to Gora Station. I may have planned one night in Hakone just to try this place. They open at 11 am, so you’ll have to find breakfast elsewhere, but who’s to complain about a donut lunch?
Read moreThey had 8 flavors available, and you can also add on toppings. I got hojicha caramel, matcha, and the sandwich (three options, I chose strawberry) with jam and soy whip.
There’s also an awesome selection of drinks— I had an iced matcha latte and an iced blueberry amazake.
I wish I had room to try the ice cream. I bought one of each of the packaged ramen they had in front of the order window.
Pros: All vegan, interesting flavors, Kind owner, cute shop and seating area, DELICIOUS!

Brilliant pit stop - Edit
Had an iced matcha latte and the marmalade donut. Both were tasty and much needed after my long journey to get to Gora! The owner speaks good English. If you’re lucky you can grab one of the few seats outside (under cover).

the owner was the sweetest lady, makes everything from scratch herself. we tried the donut with strawberries with whipped cream and the fresh chocolate ice cream 10/10. she even helped us with directions!

On our first visit to Gora as a family travelling throughout Japan, we walked into this little store near the quaint station strip of shops to find an absolute gem! The staff were very warm and welcoming. The lady serving the High protein vegan sweets explained her product and had English translation for everything which made us appreciate the products even more.
Read moreA few of us are not vegan and back home haven’t truly found a healthy sweet at a cafe that you could trick even the sweetest of tooths but these sweets you could! Anyone could fall in love with these! The orange peel flavour was perfectly balanced with a light creamy soy cream topping. The surprise was the filling! We have been talking about this shop which has a variety of products and gifts and can’t wait for them to open this morning! Only wish we could have them back home. Thank you!

The donuts are so fluffy and flavorful. They were so good we came back the next day for more. Go early because they sell out quick. The owner and staff are super friendly. Our favorite was the matcha and also the lemon😄

The doughnuts on offer here are very tasty with an amazing fluffy texture, free of the dryness that often accompanies gluten-free pastries. The menu changes daily, but we had chocolate nut, matcha w/ red bean, apple cinnamon and Earl Grey w/ cranberry and they were all incredible. Definitely stop by if you're near Gora station!
