Capers and Currents, Oh My! - Edit
I won’t lie. Finding very few vegan options at one of the resort’s only restaurants was a little discouraging. But with an open mind, I ordered the cauliflower with currants and caper dressing. Sounds just awful but it was anything but! I went on to dine at Nui three more times before our vacation ended and each time the Cavolfiore alla Romana was even better than the last. I find that having an open dialogue with your server about what you’d like to eat, they can almost always work with the cooks to get you fed well. The romesco sauce was so delicious they really should bottle and sell it. This place is expensive and you must have a reservation to dine but the cauliflower will lure you in and have you coming back again and again.
