Finely crafted raw cakes - Edit
Nueva Vía offer a large and colorful range of vegan cupcakes and slices. Although they are a little pricey, they are really dense so you feel satiated after one. The flavors were really good (we got stracciatella and the unicorn one with multicolored frosting) and it didn't even feel like I was eating a raw cake. They only offered almond milk and lactose free milk for coffee the day I went (so I guess they're not 100% vegan?)

I need to admit, I dont normally like raw cakes but their cupcakes looked so good I needed to try one. They do a lovely job with their whole product line. I enjoyed the cupcake but still not going raw. Worth a try.

Cute design of cupcakes, delicous flavor combinations. They are a tad pricey, but the quality of their products is well worth it. We ordered a sampling raw cake for a party a few months ago and returned to taste the cupcakes. Having tried the cupcakes, we couldn't not stop by for a coffee and a cupcake once we had a chance. Long story short - raw cakes are solid, cupcakes heavenly, coffee decent, but if you have a chance to taste their take on traditional desserts (such as Krémeš that we tried), make sure you try one, these are to die for!
