Nice place, opens early at 07:30. You can order flapjacks, bowls, lots of healthy shots and juices. I think roughly the options are 60% vegetarian, 30% vegan and 10% meat. We enjoyed it very much! #Veganuary

I love Nu! I don't live in Cape Town, but most of my family does so when we visit it's my favorite place. I have gone here for my birthday 2 years in a row now, and I hope to make it 3. The vegan flapjacks are the best, and I also love the better than botox smoothies. The prices are great, and if you have younger kids, there is a playground right outside the restaurant. If you are in the area, definitely come by and check it out.

Love, love this place. Even my carnivore friends are happy to join me at Nü. They do serve meat, but they have plenty vegetarian and vegan options. You can ask for hemp protein instead of whey powder. And they have soy milk.
