Excellent vegan options - Edit
Perhaps things have changed recently at this restaurant, but they had many vegan options when I visited and the quality was the best I have experienced in Vietnam (so far).

The Tofu Buns and Tofu Rolls were absolutely delicious, even though the servings were quite small.

Only one vegan option - Edit
I inquired about vegan options and the tofu rolls specifically. Two servers told me the summer rolls were the only vegan option. It was okay. It contained too much cilantro IMO and it really wasn't what I wanted. I regretted coming to this restaurant.
