Good vegan options

I just spent a week in Nassau and stopped in to NRG twice for lunch. The food was good as well as the service. I tried the burger/sweet potato fries and the veggie wrap. I would recommend stopping in and giving them a try.

Healthy, Affordable, Great Tasting Food

NRG was not given the five star because the menu does include some meat options. Overall the food was exceptional. This review is on behalf of four individuals who ordered the same time. The food was ready in a reasonable time better yet as stated by the customer service representative. The serving sizes were proportionate and well seasoned. The smoothies and juices were perfect. The restaurant's ambiance was very nice and it is ideally located. Last but not least everything was reasonably priced. We definitely plan to eat here again.

Pros: tasty, affordable, timely service

Great vegan options!

Its a really clean and upto date place. Great selection for vegan smoothies and food. Its jot all vegan, but its easy to sub out items to make it vegan. Has free wifi and lots of seating to eat. It was literally a 8 mins walk from our hotel (courtyard marriot) so that was clutch. I would give it a 5 star if it had vegan cheese as a sub. They have it on the island, so i expected them to have it as an option. The burger was good just omit the cheese. Was out of the sweet potato fries which was one of the main reasons we went. Other than that, service was good and it was pretty busy for a 4pm on a Monday. They even had vegan oatmeal cookies (soo good) and coconut muffin (muffin was plain, wouldnt get again) Check out photos to see details of what I’m talking about!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Had vegan oatmeal cookies and coconut muffins! , Upto date and modern and good place to sit and ea

Cons: Didnt have vegan cheese as a substitute, Coconut muffin wasnt worth it., Was out of the sweet potato fries

NRG deserves 5 stars

My sister and I came through NRG (Nutrition Ready to Go) as recommended by our driver on the way to Atlantis when we are looking for plant-based restaurants. I have to say, that NRG, their staff, their food, and their 100% compostable / 0 waste packaging deserve nothing less than 5 stars.

The blue haze smoothie was by far my favorite smoothie of all time. No exaggeration. I also loved the veggie stir fry!

Pros: So many vegan options , Blue haze smoothie

Cons: No cons. Seriously they deserve 5 stars
