Vegan sushi from Mola, Vegan Vietnamese food

Appreciated the vegan sections of the menus at Mola and Tan Lac Vien!

Unfortunately Mola had run out of the vegan salmon so there wasn’t the vegan salmon poke bowls or vegan salmon avocado rolls available, but the Inari Nigiri and Oshinko rolls were both delicious! There also seemed to be some onigiri options that are vegan (not listed on their online menu, seems to be only available at the Novo food hall location).

I also got the Vegan Pho from Tan Lac Vien, which had plenty of vegetables and also came with the tradition bean sprouts & mint leaves, although the amount of tofu was pretty tiny. The pho altogether though was extremely filling and yummy!

Good place to visit especially with folks that have different diets, there’s options for everyone.

Good option but wish there were more

There plenty of restaurants at the food hall, so everyone can choose what they want. Each place has at least one item. Most only have one though. We got a vegan chicken salad from Kung Fu Chicken (which I’m pretty sure was Gardein chicken). And we got vegan pho from Tan Lac Vien which had their own mini vegan menu.

EDIT: Went to Mola and got their vegan items. Liked it significantly better than what we got last time. The “salmon” was made of tapioca. It didn’t have much flavor I thought? The texture is pretty similar to salmon though.

Yummy Sushi

Had the cucumber and avocado specialty roll with vegan tuna—excellent and only $9. They had some tasty looking veg specials but I didn’t order since I’d been snacking through the Strip District already that day. Side of ginger was perfect, sharply flavored.

Only downside is that I got a (small pour) glass of wine that was $13 which seemed expensive for what it was.

Pros: Multiple options, Great atmosphere

A few decent options

It’s a nice spot with lots of seating. I got the bibimbap from Korea garden, which they modified to be vegan. Solid if not spectacular, it’s a cool place to eat with friends!

Good casual options

Nice that they have some, not many in the area. Even have several places with vegan section on the menu.
