Great option for Vegan breakfast - Edit
Williamstown is surprisingly not generally vegan friendly. But this cafe has got some vegan options, including a mushroom dish with toast, and nice coffee. Service is friendly and there is outdoor seating. It's not near the waterfront, but a good option if you are looking for a nice break, perhaps sit outside with your fur baby and omnis, and everyone will be happy. :)
