What a gem! - Edit
Wow, what a fabulous place! Now called VG restaurant, just looks like a little cafe/shop from the street, but you go through into a lovely restaurant area. Staff were very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious - lots of choice and well presented. Was quite pricey but usual sort of prices for Switzerland.

Have been here twice now and both times I enjoyed a healthy, fulfilling meal. You eat what they serve (no options except for the choice between salad or soup as a starter & a choice between two desserts). Very tasty and also very affordable.
Read moreWould highly advise making a reservation in advance, as this place is often busy. And opening times are limited to around lunch, so keep that in mind.
(They also have a sustainable little shop attached to the restaurant where you can buy lots of (vegan) products).

Small and cozy. We were really lucky to get a table for two around 12:30pm - as mentioned before you should get a reservation. Also I guess we had luck with the menu (there is only one and some desserts) - everything was vegan except the dessert but they offered me some vegan ice instead😄You can survive with English. However not all of the (very friendly) waitresses were able to speak english.

You have to make a reservation if you want vegan food otherwise they don’t have it. Wanted to try the vegan tiramisu, but they told us we should have had called and made them make it. Now we know till next time.
Read moreHowever, they are extremely friendly and gave us coffee and spoons for free as we bought vegan ice cream in the store they have. I bet the food they make is worth trying! Lots of seating places - very cozy. Easy to find and parking very close.
