I stopped here with my family for a takeaway lunch while Nourish on North had a reduced menu during the Corona pandemic.
Read moreWe tried the roasted vegetable toasted sandwich, sprout and chickpea salad, truffle pasta salad, a choc berry smoothie, and chia pod. All the options were fresh and delicious! Would highly recommend in a stretch of Coast where the best vegan option is usually whatever veggie burger the local chippy has on offer.

Unexpectedly great - Edit
Found this using Happy Cow and what a little gem. We had a Korean sloppy joe and an eggplant and cauliflower burger. Both were excellent but my pick was the sloppy joe. Both fully vegan and really tasty. Service was a little slow but still good and friendly.

Best Batemans Bay Cafe - Edit
I love coming here for a seriously delicious feed. I’ve had the vegan burger, I’ve had the nourish bowls, smoothies, and vegan treats. These guys offer so many yummy options. Always super friendly staff. Always busy little cafe. Good vibe. And supporters of local artists for wall space.

We had vegan toasties with side salad and vegan patties. The food was delicious and the staff helpful to explain what vegan options were available. Also good to know: there were toys for kids and a health shop next door. Big recommendation!

Best vegan omelette! - Edit
The cafe is not vegan only, however the menu flexibility to choose ingredients and the super friendly staff made my vegan choice a breeze. I had the special of the day which was the golden omelette filled with mushrooms with tomato and rocket salad. It's definitely the best no egg omelette I ever had; juicy, fluffy and yellow! I can't wait to get home and try to make this dish myself!
