Stylish and Inviting - Edit

I went here at the beginning of February for my birthday dinner for the first time. We had reserved the table and received a friendly greeting, we were shown to our table and there was prosecco waiting for us (something my friend arranged) and the waitress went through the some of the menu with us. All the food sounded thoughtful and considered (and absolutely delicious). I went for the enoki mushroom, tofu, ginger and Chinese cabbage spring rolls with Asian slaw and dipping sauces for my starter. For the main, I went for the replacement for the Banana Blossom dish - which was tofu wrapped in seaweed and miso paste and fried with chunky chips and mushy peas - so so good!! Really substantial dishes and very reasonably priced (mains ranging between about £12-£15). They also brought out a slice of salted caramel cheesecake with candles and sung happy birthday to me. :-) really sweet staff that all wished me a happy birthday when leaving and seemed really lovely and genuine. Had a quick chat with the chef and it's evident how much thought and care goes into creating each dish. I 100% recommend! ♡♡♡

Pros: Lovely staff, plenty of choice, reasonably priced,

Great tasting food! - Edit

I went with a party of non-veggies, and I was the only vegan. Everyone loved their orders. The best thing about the menu is that everything is either gluten free or can be made so. I had the delicious bbq jack fruit tacos and mushroom and ale pie. The burger was exquisite and the chips well made. The food was really filling and we left wanting to come back!

Pros: gluten free menu , beautiful presentation , Great flavours

Cons: food takes its time

What a lovely place - Edit

Went here for the first time yesterday and what a lovely lovely place. It was still quite full for a Wednesday just after new year and the staff were very attentive.
We were in a group and everybody had another dish (starters, mains and dessert) and having tasted 5 or 6 things I must say how delicious and creative everything was. The house red was really good too. We are already planning our next visit!

Pros: Portion sizes., Creative dishes not using processed soy., Good house wine.

Great restaurant but a few kinks to work out. - Edit

Went here for New Year’s Eve as I was visiting my friend. Was really excited to see a new vegan restaurant in Bath. The menu had some interesting options to choose from and I definitely felt like I needed to come back in order to taste some of the other dishes.

The service was on the slow side and we had to remind the waiter three times for bread and olives and our sides. Our starters we also slow to come. That said, they recognised this and were really apologetic and gave us a discount so no felt too bad about this. Also they were extremely warm and friendly. I imagine as a new restaurant they probably need to establish communication lines and work on this a bit.

Once the food did come it was really good. There were some interesting uses of flavours and ingredients. I had the battered banana fruit. It was really good and would highly recommend this dish. We didn’t get time for desert but it will be good excuse to go back and try it out.

Will definitely be coming back here!

Pros: All vegan so no everything on the menu is an optio, Good food and wide range of options , Friendly staff

Cons: slow service

Fantastic in every way! - Edit

What a wonderful new restaurant with a strong sense of character and very different from most cafe-style vegan places. Here there is the right balance between comfortable, relaxed and fair price, as well as being clean, stylish and elegant.
The menu is all Vegan, but also perfect for anyone else!

Pros: Beautiful interior design gives an elegant feel, Delicious food of substantial portion size, Incredibly friendly staff
