Fun little joint - Edit

Fast-ish food. All veggie, can be made vegan on request. All the shakes came with vegan cream. Wide range of toppings, and some seating inside.

Pros: Takes credit card, including Amex.

great option if you’re waiting for a train! - Edit

Had the vegan nacho dog and it was lovely! We are spoiled for choice in grand central for vegan options but I like to support independent businesses. It’s located in link street which is attached to the station!

Pros: Quick service if you’re in a rush, Really tasty, lots of sauces to choose from, Modern and clean

Great food and chilled atmosphere - Edit

As far as I'm aware, all food was vegeterian or vegan. You have the choice of a vegetarian Quorn sausage or vegan seitan sausage, and everything can be made vegan on request. They also offer dairy free milkshakes, which are really good. Really nice, chilled out atmosphere where you feel comfortable shoving a "not-dog" in your mouth. Definitely recommend!

Pros: All vegetarian options, Can be made vegan , Offer vegan drinks

Exciting hot dogs! - Edit

There's an exciting range of hot dogs in this place, most of which can be veganised. I absolutely loved the hoisin duck one, the sauce was so flavoursome and the crushed rice crackers gave it a delightful texture. The waffle fries were also really good. This place is in a great location, really convenient.

Have had a couple of things from here. It tastes great but is somewhat expensive for what you get - two hot dogs and chips and two drinks cost £18

Cons: expensive

Yum yum yum is all I can say. - Edit

We haven't been to not dogs for a while as the vegan dogs seemed to of got salty and the rolls were dry. But after today we will definitely be returning again and again. The vegan duck dog was beautiful!! You are definitely back on track to being one of our top places to eat again

Pros: Tasty

Super tasty! - Edit

Vegan hot dogs for under a fiver! You can't really complain about that. I had the Hoisin 'duck' style hotdog and it was really tasty. Quick and friendly service. Only problem was I found it a little difficult to find.

Pros: quick service

Cons: hard to fine

Amazing food amazing brand! - Edit

I went here on a visit to my friend in Coventry, we headed to the vegan hotdog place in the bullring. I was so happy that the place was open. The staff were friendly and suggested the most popular shakes and hot dogs. They told us what was vegan e.t.c and the food was well prepared and looked brilliant with the branded packaging.

Pros: yummy food well presented , very friendly staff, suggested popular food, amazing branding

Cons: portion size could be bigger with fries

Not overly impressed - Edit

Had high hopes but things went south quite quickly. The restaurant was very difficult to find, even using Google maps. It is located inside The Bullring (it's a big mall). I did let the young lady know that it was hard to find but she wasn't too bothered. I just didn't get a good feel, no warmth, no banter just, what do you want? I had the Kickin' Katie Nacho Dog and waffle Fries, total £7.50 and still left hungry. Nice enough place, if not a little sterile.

Pros: Veggie/Vegan

Cons: Not the friendliest of staff, A little pricey, Hard to find if not familiar with the area

brilliant food! - Edit

several options can be made vegan from veggie, except the one with onions as they use honey (think they are looking at changing this soon due to number of comments). love the way the menu works with hot dogs and optional extras like waffle fries etc to make it more of a meal. staff were a little rude and chatting amongst themselves which had my friends and i waiting for a while unfortunately

Pros: menu set up , tikka dog is awesome, inexpensive

Cons: onions, staff, disposable packaging rather than real plates

Great food for a honest price - Edit

Went with my wife, both vegetarians, to have a quick dinner on a Friday. The place is well kept, clean, nicely decorated. There're about 5 choices of not dogs; we tried 3. All of them were very good, but our favourite was the Nacho Dog. Neither of us like veggie sausages, but theirs were very good, both vegetarian and vegan. The staff was very friendly and kind.

All in all, I only have good things to say. Recommend the place to veggies and non-veggies alike.

Pros: 100% vegetarian, All not dogs can be made vegan, Cheap

Fab Find!! - Edit

It was 3pm and I still had not managed to get any lunch. I was running through the Bull Ring in Birmingham, where I hadn't been in years and stumbled on Not Dogs.

I was thrilled!! Veggie hot dogs - I don't eat any fake meat except sausages - don't ask why but it seems the way with a lot of vegetarians. Hot dogs are just a version of a sausage so...

I had a Kicking Katie Nacho Dog with lattice fries. Wow!!! The dog was huge and tasty. The guys told me that they have them specially made by Quorn to their own recipe. The toppings were plentiful and slightly sloppy as they should be on a dog. The cheese was nice and sharp and the bun chewy as it should be.

The fries were a huge portion of spicy, garlicy goodness that wasn't particularly good for me but every once in a while.....

After I finished eating I tried to talk them into opening a branch in Shoreditch so that I could be a regular - I don't think I could say better than that!!

Pros: Excellent Food, Huge portions, Excellent customer service

Cons: Only in Birmingham

Amazing - Edit

Food is so good!! Sausages are slightly strange looking but more than make up for it in taste. Vegan range isnt massive but apparently theyre working on that but there are so many vegetarian choices I cant wait to go back.

Definitely recommend the waffle fries too

Pros: Amazing veggie choices, Good Value, Good location

Cons: Not many vegan options, Look of sausages is a bit off putting
