Tried going here multiple times. Despite the hours posted on their own website. They are always closed up early. Really sucks on a Monday when there is legit no other vegan option open in Nice for dinner.

I was searching through Happy Cow for some quick and simple vegan fast food and found Not Dog not far from Place Massena. I quickly went to Not Dog, knowing they would close at 4PM on a Sunday, but hoping to see if I could still order in the last moments that they were open. And it was possible, I was welcomed by a friendly lady who immediately spoke English with me when I said that my French was really bad. She told me they would close in about 30 minutes and friendly asked if that was okay with me. I was more than happy that I could still order something to go or to eat on the spot.
Read moreI had the Muhammara Dog menu with baked potatoes and a sauce on the side and an orange/ passionfruit soda to drink. Took a seat outside waiting for my order, and it was really quickly served with full quality. The walnuts were crunchy, the pomegranate sauce was perfectly sweet, and the crumbled feta on top was amazing. The bread was fresh and soft, and the hotdog was well made with the right amount of spices and structure when taking a bite.
I paid € 17,50 for the complete menu. It tasted good, I was satisfied and had a full tummy. Before my holiday ends, I need to go back and take some time to try one (or even more) of their desserts. And otherwise I'll have an excuse to come back to Nice again! 😎😁

Sat for a while indoors with a drink to cool down. I had a chocolate milkshake and B had a lemon & ginger soda, plus we had a bottle of tap water. Once we’d cooled down enough to eat we had a classic hot dog each with a bowl of their baked potatoes, which are delicious. When I post my pics later you’ll see I asked for the mustard and ketchup to be squirted straight up and down the hot dog. I can’t bear when it’s all side to side over the bread roll lol. Great service and delicious food.

Monday means our second visit here. This time we shared a petite wrap, salad, and baked potatoes - all delicious. I had a hazelnut tiramisu smoothie and B had the banana bread smoothie. Love it here.

I had the crispy chicken and I thought it was great with these little crispy pieces inside the burger! You could get it with chips and a drink as a little deal and so they had drinks and plastic free water and cookies that looked amazing but I didn't try them. I got burgers. There was indoor and outdoor seating. They also gave us the food really quick for ordering three burgers so I thought that was super good too.

The food here was amazing! I had the classic not dog and potatoes one evening (the potatoes were incredible!!), and went back a second evening to have the limited edition Mac and cheese that came with vegan bacon pieces it was sooooooo good!! The staff were super nice and there was an English menu on hand.

Really enjoyed my original hotdog and potatoes at Not Dog. It had a really friendly vibe and great options. The one which I had was nut free too which can be a challenge in Europe. Great quick service and tasty food.

It is a vegan fast food restaurant with a full vegan menu. They are open everyday. We ordered “ original” and “ sloppy j” menu options. We liked the the replacement of hot dog concept. Both “not dogs” tasted good. If you are going for a full meal experience with an empty stomach, better to go with “XXL sausage” option. Also the side dishes baked potatoes and salad were quite tasty. The staff was friendly, and speaking in English. You can put this cute place into your list comfortably, considering the limited vegan food availability in Nice.

All food cooked freshly to order. I had the le crispy with potatoes, a cherry soda and vanilla milkshake. I apologised for my poor French. The woman replied in perfect English and was amazingly helpful. Delicious.
