Vegan ramen - Edit
Their vegan miso ramen is delicious, a good size and they have a few vegan appetizers. This was probably my favorite meal in Golden.

Decent options - Edit
I was pleased to find a place with shishito peppers, as they are my favorite! I liked these (they were will cooked), but the combo of miso vinaigrette and nutritional yeast was only okay. The tofu/eggplant small plate was flavorful and I’ll update if I have the vegan ramen.
