Long wait, rude staff - Edit
The food, for vegan/vegetarian fare was average but the staff (all of them, we met 4) were all rude. We came and there were 4 empty tables, but they said we had to wait 15 minutes so the "kitchen could catch up". When we came back, they reluctantly seated us but made us wait another 20 minutes before ordering so "the kitchen could catch up". We were there a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes to get a meal (always with several empty tables). The waiter staff just stood around talking to each other while we waited for ????
Read moreThey need to either put less tables out so they can manage their orders or hire more kitchen help. Nevertheless, if you are making people wait, it's a good idea to be nice and polite instead of acting like the customers are putting you out. It's the rudest staff in a restaurant I have ever met.

Delicious vegetarian options - Edit
Florence is a wasteland for vegan/vegetarian dining, so we were very excited to find Nosh. The service was outstanding. We had the cauliflower steak with Brussels sprouts and a side of Brussels sprouts. All delicious.

Happy cow didn’t have this restaurant listed even though it offers several vegan options. Our food was delicious and special.
