Also known as Shaker Square Farmers Market. Year-round, Cleveland's largest farmers market. Features two blocks of vendors selling fresh produce, prepared foods, potted plants, soaps, and more.
This is a huge market, spanning the equivalent of two city blocks. The area is on either side of the city's transit tracks. The area is closed off, and is walkable from one side to another. The place is chock full of vendors offering a diversity of produce and products. There are so many greens to chose from, same for the varieties of apples and peaches. One vendor alone only sells mushrooms, but many varieties. Beyond the produce, there are baked goods, jewelry, soap, arts, salsa, tea, and other vendors who specialize in gluten-free products. Prepared food items are available at several sites.
The market is located at the historic Shaker Square. Plan to make a morning of it.
