Great vibe, three vegan options in 2024 - Edit
The restaurant has great ambiance and the service was friendly. I was disappointed that the vegan menu has been cut back considerably compared to some older posts. The vegan options now are grilled cheese, hummus plate or Beyond Burger. I had the Beyond Burger and it was okay. You do have a choice of waffle fries, sweet potato fries or regular fries. Note that the sweet potato fries are served with cinnamon butter so you may want to ask for them not to bring that.

Four clearly marked vegan options. Choice of sauce on the mushroom wings. Food came out exceptionally fast. Great option for a small town. Still don’t know why they call it the press club.

I had Korean BBQ Portobello wings and fries. Fries were just okay, but the wings were delicious!! Crispy and covered in sauce. The price is a little steep for what you get, but it's a great option if you're in the area or have to eat out with non vegans. Would be happy to stop again.

Amazing atmosphere & plant based menu items - Edit
I absolutely loved the food it was reasonably priced (I'm from the city so this restaurant is absolutely NOT overpriced). Everything was super fresh, served timely and plated beautifully, the portions were ample and the service was stellar. The atmosphere was clean and refreshing with a nice classy look and lots of spacious seating.

We go to Farmville a lot. I’ve been to this restaurant maybe five times. It’s got a great atmosphere. It’s got a great beer selection. The food is very greasy and the furthest thing from healthy, but it is delicious.

The second to last time I was here, they got my order wrong. As a vegan it was frustrating but I try to be understanding because they were busy. Last time I was here, I had several waitresses passed me by. Nobody came to our table and greeted us. We waited about 40 minutes before we left. Even as we left, nobody stopped us to see what they could do.
The management of this place is very shaky at times.

Great Place For Date Night!!! - Edit
What an awesome find! My parents came to visit and wanted to take my vegan partner out to eat for his birthday at a nice restaurant in town. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I am so glad we decided to come here! There was an entire section of the menu dedicated to vegans. Many of their sides are vegan as well including the kimchi slaw (you heard that right!), waffles fries, and regular fries! The onion straws, sadly, are NOT vegan.
Read moreMy partner ended up with the vegan quesadilla (with Beyond crumble) and kimchi slaw. The only complaint would be that the "tortilla" is more like a flat bread, and due to its thickness, not all of the cheeze melted, so the two sides did not stick together and was not easy to cut up! It was still absolutely delicious though! The burger was very good, as well! Next time, I would ask them maybe to undercook it a bit since it had a significant char to it.
The drinks were great and the waitress said that they typically have a daily vegan dessert! We were just too full to indulge that day, but we would love to go back again and try it.
We went at lunch-time and the overall vibe of the place was welcoming and friendly. The place has a ton of natural light and high ceilings too, which is a bonus in my book. This will definitely be a place that we go to for celebrations and dates!!!

We came back here to celebrate our anniversary! We asked about the Pad Thai and were told that it's vegan as long as you order without meat (UPDATE 11/20: we went back today and another waitress said that we were lied to and that this dish does contain FISH SAUCE and always has...we were VERY upset to hear this since we had specifically asked if there was egg or fish sauce).
They added vegan "wings" to the menu! They are made of mushrooms and are more of a mushroom beignet than a "wing"! They were amazing nonetheless! Just a warning that if you're looking for a "chicken" wing...these are not it; they are just breaded and deep-fried mushrooms (delicious but misleading, in my opinion).
My partner got the Pad Thai and I got the vegan wings with the Korean BBQ sauce (vegan) and a side salad. For the salad, be sure to order without cheese. The sesame ginger dressing (among others) is vegan.
All the food was DELICIOUS! Sadly, they were out of the vegan dessert, so I was not able to try it. Maybe next time! Very impressed though. We went at 5PM on a Friday and it was great. The live music started around 6PM and it was awesome!
