Really good brownie thing

I don't know what to call it, he said it was a brownie and I'll go with that, but it was freaking delish. Like a hard chocolate top, cream layer and then I tasted a light hint of mintiness in the fudgy brownie, cacao nibs on top gave a crunch. Most of the loaf breads are vegan too, just not the brioche. And I bought 2 cookies, but I am waiting to otry them.

Vegan walnut brownie

Popped in here on a rainy day and was happy to see they had a vegan sweet treat! Not sure if that’s their regular and only, or if the vegan option rotates, but it was very chocolaty and yummy.

Aside from other baked goods, they also had a veggie breakfast sandwich that is vegetarian.

We also got a loaf of sourdough/levain bread for the road!
