Yummy vegan cheese - Edit
Had my first experience with this place on Monday ordering a Margherita pizza with NUMU vegan cheese and added mushrooms and caramelized onions. It was excellent! The cheese alone is something special with a texture that's much more similar to mozz. I find most vegan mozz texture is soft/wet and unpleasant. From what I can tell NUMU is a US company that only sells to restaurants and whole foods in US. And the restaurant doesn't add the usual 'vegan tax'; the option to switch the cheese is no extra cost. Woo!
