Überteuerter FlatWhite

Haben hier heute unseren täglichen FlatWhite geholt - der Kaffe war lecker - mit NZD 7.20 aber doch der teuerste Flat White der uns bisher in 3 Neuseelandbesuchen begegnet ist - die NZD 1.90 Aufpreis für Milchalternativen ist auch der höchste den wir bisher gesehen haben (meist bis max. 1 $)

Butter and mayo undercover

Lovely service , staff confirmed they could veganise veggie burger by swapping halloumi with asparagus.
Unfortunately burger came with butter and mayo hidden under the salad so no much luck

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Dairy in food

Limited but exceptional vegan options

Lovely setting, near beach and local school. Not a huge number of vegan options, but quality is exceptional. The vegan burger was fantastic, with lots of greens, beetroot hummus, salsa, and grilled asparagus as a substitute for cheese. Every veggie on the burger so fresh and alive. Amazing. Vegetarian nachos (have cheese powder), perhaps they can have a vegan version?? Chips were great and kumara wedges sound lovely. Worth a stop for lunch on your way to shipwreck bay in the far north.

Pros: Vegan option burger, Chips, Coffee

Cons: Nachos could be vegan, More vegan options
