So delicious!! Really appreciate the clearly marked vegan options on the menu, I believe there were around 4-5 items. We had the magic mushroom roll, veganism and edamame with some sweet and spicy sauce (these were so addictive!) Nice atmosphere too!

Nori is a lively Japanese restaurant and sushi bar with many visually impressive culinary creations. I tried one of the restaurant’s two vegan specialty rolls for lunch: the Magic Mushroom. It had great flavors and textures. The roll was filled vegetables and greens and topped with braised shiitake mushrooms and thin strands of beet.
