Love!!

This is the first all vegan place that I tried in Oslo and I am very impressed! The staff have a friendly demeanor and the food is so tasty! I had a salad, empanada (yum!!) and a cup of hit chocolate. I wish I had tried this place sooner 💕

Pros: Entirely vegan

Instant ok-tasting vegan food

During my trip in Oslo this was the first restaurant we went to. I had the easter special which was a burrito or something similar, I don't remember exactly. A good thing was that you got the food right away.

The biggest issue I had at this place was that the system to order food was confusing which made me order ridiculously priced add-ons (3 broccoli pieces for 15 NOK??). Oh well, the food was tasty and the interior was fine.

Now that I understand the system to order food I would probably go back here if I visited Oslo again.

Atmosphere: 3/5 (modern and stylish)
Food: 3/5
Price: 4/5

Total: 3/5

Pros: Lots of tastylooking options, Got the food instantly

Cons: Confusing system to order food

Good selection

This place has a great concept and the food is tasty. However, they don't change the menu often enough in my opinion, and it is very expensive if you want a full meal

Amazing

Loved it - nice variety in foods, which you can either choose yourself to make a bowl, or order one with fixed ingredients. Went back a second time for take out. Can recommend!

Cool and relaxing little spot

I went here two days in a row, both times as the only vegan and my friends both omnivores. We all loved the food and it made me want to go back and my friends want to experiment more with vegan cooking!! That's the best compliment one could ever give on a vegan restaurant. Thank you for this.

Pros: Ability to buy a mix of vegan food (buffet style)

Cons: Pretty small, full in busy hours

Uninterested staff

I came in, didnt look too busy and one of the cashier/baristas didnt either bother looking at me or ask me to wait while she finished off her coffees. I waited a solid 7 min by the cashier without ANYONE saying a word. Such a shame since i’ve heard so much good about them.
Consider other options if you dont have unlimited patience.

Pros: Food looked nice, Good location

Cons: Unpresentable staff, Customers dont seem to be a priority

So good!

Great food - expensive, but great and the portions are pretty large. I wasn’t sure what to get and was a little confused so I tried she Enchiladas, lasagna, potatoes and a spring roll. WAY too much food but I just couldn’t decide what I wanted!

Pros: All vegan!, Huge portions

Cons: Expensive , Not a lot of seating and it gets busy!

Delicious food!

Beautifully flavoured food, and friendly service.

This is, without a doubt, the best vegan food I’ve ever had. They have a special every day, along with a wide selection of food.

Desserts, and coffees are also exceptional.

The staff are welcoming and friendly.

I can not recommend this place enough when in Oslo.

Love it so much, we went for lunch every day we were in Oslo!

The veggie curry was so good, I came back every day we were in Oslo. Located right downtown, it made it easy to pop in after sightseeing and shopping the Christmas Market around the corner. I had the curry combo which included an appetizer & added an elderberry drink all for about $15 USD. Nordvegan is a must when in Oslo!

Pros: Excellent food, Location, Inexpensive

Clever and catchy name

I went to Norvegan and had a good time there.
Nice athmosphere and cozy vibe.
The restaurant uses soy and gluten, but I went for their italian risotto-ball, and it was incredibly delicous! I had some broccoli and coloured beets with both their pea-pure, hummus and vegan tzaziki (all nut-free). All these topping were delicious, but the tzaziki is defiently my favourite! YUM.
I'll definitely recommend this place, and hope to see more gluten free options and organic produce in the future.😄

Pros: Environmental awareness, Vegan cuisine , Cosy atmosphere

Cons: Not organic produce

Great food

One of the best vegan places in Oslo. The food is excellent, you can create your own bowls by they also have some daily menus which change. Desserts are fantastic as well as their homemade Kombucha.
Staff were super fun and really friendly.
Everything about this place is on point, I can only recommend it.

100% vegan café

The food was all yummy! I tried lasagna, noodle curry, and buddha bowl. My favourite was the buddha bowl (alert: might be spicy for some of you). The sauce was a bomb! It was sweet and savoury with a hint of yuzu flavour, combined with just the right amount of fried mushroom to add the crunchiness inside the bowl. They also serve raw vegan cake.

Pros: All vegan (not too common in Oslo), Scrumptious

Cons: Expensive

Great food

I think the place is great in general - the food is very tasty, there is a good variety, water is free and you can drink as much as you want to, the place is very cosy. I thought the food was a little cold and pricey, but not very absurd considering Oslo standards.

Pros: Great food, Water for free, So many good things to choose

Cons: Food a little cold, A little expensive

generally tasty, good variety

Meals are pre-prepared, they have a selection of main meals or sides or you can get a "combo" which is what we did. You can mix and match different sides and toppings or just go with what they recommend. I had the Thai yellow curry which came with a side of rice and topping of cashews. My boyfriend had the enchilada with a side of couscous salad and tzatziki, the guy also added extra fried mushrooms as he said the enchilada portions were smaller than usual, so that was nice.
To be honest I wasn't that excited about the yellow curry, it could've had more flavour and some of the vegetables were in huge chunks that were verging on raw and difficult to cut into. Also the curry was barely lukewarm when I received it, so it was cold halfway through eating.
My boyfriend's enchilada meal was delicious though, wished I had've ordered that instead.

Pros: They plant a tree for every meal purchased!, Good variety of food, Friendly staff

Cons: Pricy, Meal temperature not great

Meant to be

My partner and I were planning to have lunch at another place nearby however it ended up being closed. We found Nordvegan instead and so glad we did! Entirely vegan place with lots of options for food including warm and hearty curry, lasagne, veggies plus lots of options for salad. It is definitely tasty and filling food and nice to have so many options! The place has a nice vibe about it, very comfortable and chill. Staff were lovely as well, would happily recommend!

Pros: All vegan , Lots of different food options

Everything was great!

It was difficult to choose which of the lunch options to take, but I ended
up with a yellow curry. It was very tasty! The portion was generous and the flavor tasty. I also loved the chocolate cake I had for dessert, rich and very chocolate-y! The interior is also cozy and the staff is super nice. Wish I lived in Oslo!
