Calm cafe with vegan cakes - Edit
I came here to study and found a calm, quiet environment on the secon floor. They had 6 different cakes, all of them vegan, gf, and sugar free. The slices were small for the price (950ft which is on the higher end for Budapest), but the one I tried, raspberry, was really light and tasty. Most of the rest of the menu was not vegan, although they had soy milk for coffee and perhaps one vegan food item.

All their cakes are vegan-and they are amazing! They also have plant based drinks options for the coffee and they are very nice.

Friendly little cafe - Edit
The staff could speak to us in english and once I asked for soya milk, offered me lots of different vegan cakes. Very much worth a short walk from szechenyi thermal Bath
