Exceeded expectations - Edit
They serve a variety of Asian or Asian-inspired dishes here, but it’s not strictly one kind of cuisine. We tried the bibimbap, cauliflower curry and Chinese broccoli and my partner got a Thai iced tea. We were so impressed with the food, everything was so flavorful! We can’t wait to try more of their menu. We highly recommend the bok choy and cauliflower curry! #Veganuary

Vegan banana split - Edit
We got to try Norah, and it was great! All the dishes we had were super unique and creative. Flavors were unique combinations of italian/Asian style. DID I MENTION THEY HAVE A VEGAN BANANA SPLIT?

Please cut back on the oil - Edit
Ate there last night. Found almost all the dishes had an overdose of oil. Pools on the dishes. Hoping the cooks can cut back. One expects restaurant fare to be a little oily but this was too much and seriously detracted from the experience. Thank you for your consideration?

One of the top Portland restaurants - Edit
Norah is in my top faves of Portland. I’ve tried nearly the whole menu and am never disappointed. I especially love the bibimbap and pad Thai nachos. Expect to wait at peak times without a reservation. They’re fast but very popular!

Bibimbap delix! - Edit
First time here and found the food to be excellent. I had the bibimbap, and will go back for more. Ordering is rather strange with a "tip fine" of 20% for tab left open—whatever that means. Most of it is dyi, so I don't see where a 20% tip would come in. Anyway, I was happy with how it all turned out with just enough left on my plate for a delix lunch the next day.

Food can be a touch rich, but everything is worth getting and I've been surprised that some of the menu items I originally skipped over turned out to be some of my favorites

We got there as they were opening and there was a line already. That’s when we knew we camd to the right place. I loved everything about the place. The food, the staff, the flavors. I can’t wait to return to Portland to go there again.

Amazing food! - Edit
We had the spicy basil dish, the coconut mushroom linguini, and the samosas. It was all absolutely delicious! I was particularly in love with the gluten free samosas made with a masa shell. The flavors were absolutely divine and the dipping sauce took it up another level. Highly recommend!

Such flavorful food! - Edit
All of the food items we ordered wowed us with flavor! We had the nachos, then the potatoes, then the see ew and spicy basil dishes. We also had some good cocktails and Thai iced tea, although honestly the food was the star and next time we'd probably pick simpler drinks to focus on the food. The food came out really fast, too. Unfortunately they were out of the mango sticky rice - next time! The staff were super helpful when we had difficulty ordering using a gift card, even though they were really busy.

We came here to celebrate vegan month - Edit
We were delighted by the Thai nachos option they had as a promotion. Then, we kept adding items to the table and none of them disappointed. They were creative, sweet, garlicky and highly stimulating.

Get the mushroom linguine - Edit
There is a reason why there are so many pictures of this dish on here! It is shockingly good. Way better than the sum of its parts. I was a little disappointed by the “pad Thai nachos” (everything was fresh-from-the-refrigerator cold somehow?) and papaya salad. Also, ignore the self-service waitlist machine at the front and make sure you make contact with a server instead. It was clear from this visit that the staff don’t actually monitor the darn thing and you will be sitting there waiting for a text message telling you your table is ready while other people who come in after you are seated😒

Food was fine, but greasy. Dishes were too familiar. The nacho thing was a creative use of familiar foods. (I didn't order it and don't remember the name)

We picked up the finger potatoes and coconut mushroom linguine to go. Our order came out on time and fast. It was our first visit and decided to stay for a cocktail and sit outside. Cocktails were fun and tasty, and the people watching was good. They obviously do a great business on take away and dine in.

Good food, service okay - Edit
The food and drinks were good. The flavors were on point and the spiciness was as specified on the menu.
Read moreOrdering was difficult. We were told to use the qr code at the table to place our order. That was fine, but then we had to pay at the end at the end of the order. The screen kept spinning. An employee watched us do the entire process, then said they'd take our order. I felt that that was a huge waste is everyone's time.
Two of our meals came out together, mine took longer.
Everyone was 2/3 done by the time mine arrived.
Pros: Very tasty
Cons: Timing of food , Ordering process

Interesting Food, Not Stellar - Edit
The food was good, and there were lots of flavors, but not spectacular. Perhaps because we ate here the night after Jade Rabbit, which was a lot better. Also, the pricing here is a bit off-putting and not welcoming. Not only did we have to submit a credit card to make a reservation, after we ordered we had to pay upfront. Very strange, and not at all welcoming. Maybe they have a lot of people skip out on bills? We couldn't understand it.

Norah is a vegan Thai dream come true!
Read moreWe were warmly greeted when we arrived and found a carafe of water waiting on the table.
The space is clean and comfortable with open beamed ceilings and beautiful hanging plants throughout.
My husband has been vegan for six short months and he loved it so much we had to go back two weeks later! The second time we took Omni friends and they said how crazy they found it that the best Drunken noodles they had ever had were vegan!
We ordered Drunken noodles, See Ew, Bibimbap and Pad Thai. All the dishes were raved over.
Fresh and piping hot, perfectly seasoned delicious!!
The only thing we didn't care for was that the ordering is a Q code and done on your phone.
We found it clunky.
Norah is amazing and sure to become one of our favorites!
Pros: Food, Food, Food
Cons: Ordering is clunky

Loved it! - Edit
Had an early dinner here and ordered the samosa for app; the coconut mushroom linguine and the cauliflower curry for mains; and the taro rice cake for dessert. Everything was so tasty and richly flavored that I can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu! Portions were generous to boot. I really liked this system whereby you just order and pay on your phone without having to wait for your designated server to come around. I wish more restaurants were like this.

The space is beautiful. The dishes are artfully presented. Prices are quite reasonable given the obvious love and care that goes into their ingredients and creation. Fun, artisan cocktails to top it all off! I didn’t try one this time because I was here for lunch, but I will surely be back! I want to try every dish on the menu! I am thrilled to have found Norah!

We got the norah roll, samosa, rainy rangoon, see ew, iced coffee and hibiscus like soda. Every single thing hit so hard. Each of the starters came with a different type of dipping sauce. All of them where insanely flavorful and mouthwatering. This place is now in my top 3 restaurants
