NOT a veg eatery - Edit
I have never eaten here, and never will. I never eat white sugar and shun white flour. I neither eat my cake nor have it, too. But if I were to eat cupcakes, I would eat those of ION's just one block south on the same side of the street.
NoRA is neither a vegan nor a vegetarian bakery. Having 2 or 3 items labeled vegan does not a vegan bakery make. According to such low standards, McDonald's and Burger King are vegan restaurants, too. Read NoRA's menu closely, they offer cupcakes with chicken and bacon and beef. Quote from their website: "Who says all cupcakes have to be sweetness and light? Kick it up with a little meat." Where else in the world can you find cupcakes made with meat? Its black food truck even displays a huge skull and crossbones, as though warning of poison. Truth in advertising!
If you are reading this on Happy Cow's website, you either are on the wrong website or in the wrong bakery.
Pros: none
Cons: bacon, chicken, beef

Fanatastic Cupcakes - Edit
I go to NORA cupcake more than I should. Their cupcakes are amazingly good. Usually there are between 1 -3 vegan choices each day. It's best to call ahead because they often sell out of the vegan ones. They are expensive, but worth it for a once in a while treat. If you want to hang out there they have an interesting room to the side with lots of seating.
Pros: so tasty, neat decor in the room next door
Cons: only a few choices, expensive, sells out of vegan choices sometimes

Not Sure Who Wrote The Entry, But... - Edit
Whoever described it as a "vegetarian bakery" with "many vegan and gluten free options" wasn't accurate. Overall, it is a regular bakery which averages 2-4 vegan and the same amount in gluten free options daily. Their new app and the or Facebook account both post the daily menu. Check it before you go, vegan warriors. Overall, the vegan cupcakes taste better than the conventional counterparts.
Pros: Great Variety of Conventional Cupcakes, Vegan Cupcakes Taste Better Than The Conventional, Friendly, Patient Staff
Cons: Limited Selection For Vegan And GF Cupcakes
