They have many vegan options on their menu (marked with vegan icons). The food was great but the sauce tasted too much like flavor enhancers, so the restaurant only get 3 stars.

Read moreThe sushi was tasty, the rice noddle bowl as well, although very salad heavy (not that many noodles) and the stir fry was okay; it didn‘t taste bad, it was a bit bland and a tiny bit bitter.
The lunch menu had different allergens on our sushi menu (menu 2), which the regular menu. After talking to the waitress we found out that the allergens in the regular menu are correct and the inside out sushi with avocado and asparagus is vegan. However it would be nice if the allergens are correct on all the menus.
I would recommend the food altogether, but more so the lunch menu, since I think that is the fairer price for the food. I would‘t really invest in their regular prices.

The vegan Ramen were incredible tasty. The saitan was fresh and had a great texture, the veggies were fresh and the broth was great too. The homemade ice tea were tasty as well. I can highly recommend this place!

We did not expect too much from Noosou because we thought that it was an uninspired chain restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised!
Read moreThe interior is very nice and the staff were very welcoming. My husband chose the Bún Chay and I had the Osaka udon noodles. Both dishes tasted very well and the drinks were good, too.
Vegan dishes are clearly marked on the menu.
Unfortunately, though, the choice of vegan dishes is not very large. Apart from the meals we had there is only edamame, buddha rolls, maki and a vegetable dish with seitan and soy sauce. It is ok, but we would love it if one of the pho soups was vegan or if they had more vegan starters. Because of this we will not return to Noosou anytime soon, simply because we already had the dishes we were interested in and there are so many other restaurants in Bremen to try. However, we really enjoyed our visit to Noosou and liked the food a lot as well as the friendly staff.

Sommerrollen haben mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Die buddhistische Fastenspeise war ok. Seitan etwas zäh. Es könnte mehr vegane Optionen geben und diese könnten noch etwas deutlicher auf der Karte gekennzeichnet werden.

Tasty Ramen soup - Edit
I had the Osaka Ramen which were really tasty. The soup was flavoured with miso and contained pak choi, soy sprouts, udon noodles and seitan.
