Bland and fake tasting food - Edit
Their food wasn’t horrible but defiantly didn’t taste good either. If you’re desperate then go here but I didn’t enjoy the food.

Enhancing their vegan options - Edit
I think this place is great as it now has on the menu vegan nachos, vegan pizza, vegan Buddha bowl and a vegan burger, including the tofu stir fry that is vegan too. I had the stir fry, it was very yummy and fresh but I didn’t like the tofu in it, but it was very enjoyable without as their were lots of veges and noodles. The waiter asked for feedback which was great and I stated my Veganism and told him I was impressed with the food/menu, he was excited to tell me that the head chef is actually vegan, so I think this place will continue to show potential! It’s worth dropping in and checking it out!
Read moreAnother great visit. I had the vegan lasagne and salad which is a big winner! Still good vegan options. High standard for “pub” food!

High hopes, low results - Edit
I was so pleased to see vegan spelt out on their menu. We had the vegan pizza, it wasn't good. It looked and tasted like a small packet frozen pizza with vegan cheese on top. The side salad was nice.

Staff were nice and friendly.
Pros: Some vegan options, Nice venue

Not bad!! - Edit
I had a vegan burger with buffalo cauliflower as the ‘patty’. Quite nice and came with a side of chips. A few other specifically vegan meals to choose from. :)

Vegan “Casserole”? - Edit
I liked the sound of the “vegan casserole” - describes as a “lentil, chickpea and vegetable stew with cauliflower pilaf”. Maybe it’s just me, but casserole and “stew” conjures thoughts of a hearty liquid dish, and this was not the case. While it was tasty enough, the cauliflower in the pilaf was raw, and the onion and broccolini (I think) were quite underdone producing an unusual crunch when it wasn’t expected.
Read moreI think the dish has real potential if executed correctly, but I was disappointed with the dish as served.
Kudos to the restaurant for having three vegan options though.
Pros: Filling, Healthy , Pleasant taste
Cons: No liquid, Under cooked vegetables
