Found another cool one… - Edit
I’m impressed by the different coffee shops/bars that have been popping around town lately. This one is situated in “The Enclave” which is a newish industrial park with several new eateries. This coffee bar in particular has several specifically labeled vegan offerings. I tried “the Nook Way” which is a chicory infused cold brew with hazelnut syrup and oat milk. It was quite good. The shop has a garage type window wall which can be opened up to allow for an indoor/outdoor al fresco type feel. This is a very nice place to enjoy coffee and people watch.
