Amazing place to eat! - Edit
Been there twice, totally recommend it! The full vegan english breakfast is awesome! Their coffee and juices are delicious! We came back for dinner and had the burger and a wrap: tastes so good, big portions as well. Staff is super friendly and the space is so nice full of plants and fresh herbs.

❗There was eventually butter on the bread 🧈🍞 we did not ask if it was butter or margarine and just decided to remove it. Ask before ordering.

So many options, delish food - Edit
This place has lots of vegan options clearly marked in its menu. A real mix of smoothie bowls , western food like burgers and breakfast fry up, Vietnamese /asian dishes and they do alternative milk for coffee too! We tried the smoothie bowls, breakfast burrito and full breakfast. Would recommend all of them, generous portions and v tasty ! Nice interior and friendly staff. More expensive than other places but worth it!

Deserves 5 stars! - Edit
I came here 4 times and every time the food and service was amazing. They have a lot of clearly marked vegan options on their menu. I had the smoothiebowl two times, the greek wrap, the buddha bowl and banana tapioca cake. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place!🫶

Wonderful vegetarian burger - Edit
My first ever Happy Cow app meal in Vietnam. I really needed a meat free meal. I was drawn to the vegetarian burger and chips and it was probably the best vegetarian burger I have ever eaten. What's more, the waitress was extra honest, pointing out that we didn't need to buy additional water and fries because they were included. I notice on the menu that they have fresh milk lattes (without sweetened condensed milk) at a sensible price. So I will be back. My meat-eating son rated his burger as "perfect"

Definitely five stars - Edit
*happy cow only allows 4/5 stars as it’s not a fully veg venue.
Read moreWe returned to Nook multiple times and it was great every time. Nice venue (particularly upstairs), helpful staff, popular with westerners and generous menu with lots of vegan/vegetarian options. The prices were higher than other places but the portions and quality of the meals reflected this.
We particularly enjoyed the coconut coffee.
Definitely recommend checking it out, particularly for a vegan breakfast.

Great options! - Edit
Came off the back of a 12 hour night bus so was delighted to see so many vegan options. Went for the breakfast burrito which was a great sized portion and came with yummy scrambled tofu. Lots of omni options so my partner had a lot of choice too. Will be returning for sure!

Excellent food and service - Edit
Vegan options are clearly labelled and staff confirmed that the Thai teas could be made vegan. They pointed out the difference between the vegan and vegetarian dishes so I was confident that they did understand the difference (it may be more of an issue if you try and veganise vegetarian dishes maybe). We got a tofu dish and a aubergine dish. The latter was especially good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Didn’t wait too long for food. Also eco friendly and gives some profits to charity

This is a cute tucked away spot. Not many vegan options but they handled modifications very well. Great spot if you’re dinning with non vegans. Delicious pad Thai!

Do not understand vegan - Edit
I was mislead by below comment ‘understand vegan’ as the staff definitely do not. I do not trust the menu items labelled ‘vegan’ I don’t think they know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. I had to unfortunately send back the burger twice as cheese and sauce were put on. It wasn’t great. Came back again thinking it was a one off and ordered much more safely, however again the service was pretty bad for me and other tables. Vegetarians will be fine coming here and only western food place in Hue

A few vegan options in the menu but they are good generally. I had steamed banana with coconut milk and a drink made from munk bean, greens and coconut milk. The price is reasonable. Only one floor but nice.

New location - Edit
After arriving at the location listed, we saw a sign which gave us a new address 200m walk away. This is 3 Luong The Vinh Street. Waiting staff spoke little English but the manager was able to explain ingredients when checking the vegan food. The food was tasty and we will be going back for breakfast.
