Good options

Had zucchini noodles - quite good. Can control carbs and tastes good. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options!

Salt Salt Salt

Staff were not able to adapt a meal with no salt, no oil and no dairy. Not able to cobble together a Esselstyn Heart healthy meal. When I tried the staff just could not adapt and showed little understanding of whole food plant based. Choices on menus full of oil, salt, dairy and had to request adaptable bowl. They just could not understand so ate an expensive bowl with too many compromises off a healthy choice. Salt content inflamed joints well after the meal.

Pros: Potential to develop healthy eating, You can hunt for healthy combos, Medium nutritional value

Cons: Not heart healthy choices, Way too much salt and oil added., Not a place for a nutritarian diet
