Japanese Bowl Noodles is GREAT Vegan option - Edit
We have not visited the local Noodles and Company for a while. The pasta options are all edible, if you hold the parmeasan sprinkled about.
Read moreBut the Japanese noodle bowl was stellar. They also gave me some tofu for protein. It was extra firm. Sauce was great. I would have liked about twice as much broccoli, onions, mushrooms. The noodles and sauce was great. Thanks.
Pros: Quick, Tasty, vegan, Tofu was a nice add., Not too pricey.
Cons: Not enough veggies in there for me.
