Japanese Pan Noodles

The only item they list as fully vegan is the Japanese Pan Noodles so I got that. They carry tofu, I asked for added tofu. Not sure if it comes with that dish by default or not. They have many gluten-free noodle options if that is a concern to you.

I believe you can build-your-own vegan pasta and there's many options that are vegan:

Choose Your Noodles – Elbow Noodles, Fusilli (Rotini), Zucchetti (Zucchini Noodles), Spaghetti Noodles, Penne Noodles, Rice Noodle, or Cavatappi (Macaroni) Noodles.

Choose Your Sauce – Japanese Pan Noodle Sauce, Spicy Korean Sauce, Pasta Fresca Sauce, Adobo Sauce (no cream), Penne Rosa Sauce (no cream), Marinara Sauce, or Thai Curry Sauce

Choose Your Toppings – TOFU, Green onions, Spinach, Snap peas, Broccoli, Cucumber, Pineapple, Bean sprouts, Mushrooms, Avocado (bleh!), Red onion, or Organic tofu chunks.

Good quick serve option!

I was able to customize my bowl to be fully vegan. I ordered the Japanese bowl with roasted zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, and tofu! The online allergen calculator had a filter for vegan dishes so it was easy to determine what to order. Food was fresh and delicious!

Pros: Easy Vegan Ordering, Good prices, Filling
