Order online for clear vegan options - Edit
Noodles & Co. used to be a pre-vegan favorite, and I simply figured I didn’t have too many options here any more as a vegan. But turns out, you can customize quite a few menu items to be prepared vegan here. For example, the “Grilled Orange Chicken Lo mein” and the “Spicy Korean Beef Noodles” are actually vegan if you leave the meat out. (Not super intuitive, I know) You could sub in tofu for no upcharge. Another solid option that’s vegan by default is the Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu.

The noodles are always delicious and they have your food out quickly.
PS: The Pad Thai is not vegan or vegetarian and cannot be made so (contains fish).
