Pad Thai

The noodles were not cooked enough and the Tofu was super rubbery. The flavor was good but disappointed

Pros: A few vegan options , Prices are good

Cons: My food was not cooked properly

Yummy

We enjoyed the Japanese Pan Noodles and Spaghetti with Marinara and tofu with side green salads. Very good. There is not a specific vegan menu but you can modify a lot of menu items for a good vegan meal. The staff had no issue with our requests and were very efficient.

Yummy Japanese Pan Noodles

I think the only true vegan thing they carry is the Japanese Pan Noodles which are delicious! But you can make many modifications! Including changing noodles in certain dishes so it's vegan.

Pros: cheap, fast, delicious

Cons: not a bunch of options

Not many vegan options.

The menu does not label vegan options and the staff are not knowledgeable. The Vegan Express app is not up to date on the vegan options. I think only the Japanese Noodle Bowl is vegan.

Cons: Menu does not label vegan options. , Very few choices.
