They had a bad day. - Edit

Let me start with the good. Wonderful, helpful staff. Nice clean place. Very affordable. They struggled a bit. The rice noodles were undercooked which I would have expected the opposite with rice noodles. They can be challenging to cook. The fresh broccoli tasted old. We were driving thru on a Monday around lunch. I believe Bloomington has better options on different days and times.

One one vegan noodle option but tasty - Edit

The Japanese pan noodles with shiitake mushrooms are very tasty and vegan without adjustments. I'd love to see more options. For now, though, it's a solid option on the go and when you're eating out with omnis.

Pros: Tasty menu option

Cons: Only one vegan option

Quick & Yummy - Edit

The Japanese Pan Noodles are the only item besides a salad that is vegan by default, but that's alright because it's the most delicious meal there by far. Most of the menu is vegetarian and easily customized to make vegan. Service was quick & friendly.
