Not the best noodles I’ve had..

I used to eat Noodles & Company quite a bit in my pre-vegan days. I hadn’t had it in a while since going vegan. I got the Japanese pan fried noodle with tofu. The flavor was good, but the noodles were dry. Just didn’t hit the spot. I was left wanting more out of the dish for the price.

Pros: Vegan options, Quick

Cons: Noodles were dry
