Not as many options as you would think, but ok - Edit
I thought for being a healthy-ish noodle place they would have a lot more veg options but it's pretty limited. I haven't been for a while but from what I remember none of the pasta dishes were vegan and you had to kind of make your own pasta dish using items off the menu. Probably better if you're vegetarian but even then it seemed a bit pricey for what you get. They also have salads.

Out with my family, and they go to Zupas, which literally has no vegan options. Noodles is consistently good, and they have a vegan menu at the counter with multiple options. They have tofu too! Love this place. It was a life saver today!
