Knowledgeable staff and good food - Edit
Make sure to tell staff that you’re vegan, they’ll know how to make dishes vegan since it’s not clear on the menu. The green curry was by far the best dish. Kee mao was still pretty good, not dry at all, and would order spicier than medium next time. Sweet potato triangles as an appetizer were cute, do wish there were more than 5 that came. Also with the spice levels, if you like spice, don’t be afraid to go hotter! Hot felt like a medium to me, medium felt like a mild.

Even though it looks like there aren’t many vegan options on the menu, many of the dishes can be made vegan on request. The staff is also knowledgeable on what the vegan diet consists of. The food tasted amazing. Make sure you carry cash since the restaurant is cash only. The menu isn’t pricey either. It’s an awesome place to go for lunch or to get takeout.

There are limited options for everyone, including non-vegans. Be prepared to choose from one of just a handful of meals, specify vegan, and they know what to do. They’ve never made a mistake or asked me to clarify what they need to remove to make that happen.

Almost everything on their menu can be made vegan or gluten free. You just have to ask. Its really good food and honestly priced well comparatively.

Not Vegetarian/Vegan Friendly - Edit
Went to NoodleHead and it must have had meat or something because I threw up! 🤮 I dont think we drove 5 minutes away before I got sick. We told our server I was a vegetarian and he ensured there would be no meat in my dish. We started with the veggie spring rolls. I took a bite and the middle was completly frozen. Our waiter brought us a second batch that was hot, near burnt but at least the inside was cooked.

I wouldn't reccomend this resturant to any vegetarian or vegan. I heard great reviews about this place but they fell extremely short. They are NOT ACCOMMADATING or dont santaize well! Vegetarian/Vegans BE WARE

Absolutely specify 'vegan' when ordering your tofu dish -- if you don't have a kind waitress like I did that checked, you'll get fish sauce in your food.
